At Royalty Jewelry, we take pride in offering our customers exquisite, high-quality jewelry pieces. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, in certain cases, a return or exchange may be necessary. Please review our policy below:

Return Period

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying materials (certificates, accessories, etc.).

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (such as engraved or special-order pieces) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

  • Items with minor damage not caused by the customer.

  • Manufacturing defects confirmed after inspection.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days and applied to your original payment method.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
