In select cases, they may be eligible for store credit within 30 days.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all special orders, which include customized or altered items such as ring sizing or unique gemstone selections.

We proudly offer a Price Match Guarantee for items listed on our official vendors’ websites.
The item must be paid in full at the time of order.
Alteration and shipping charges may apply. If the item is in stock at Royalty only the alteration fee will be charged.

Please note, many gemstones are traditionally enhanced to improve their color and stability. Additionally, white gold pieces are typically finished with rhodium plating, which may require reapplication over time to maintain their brilliance.

We recommend bringing your jewelry in every 3 to 4 months for cleaning and inspection.
This service is free of charge, and we’re happy to help maintain the beauty and integrity of your pieces.

All items purchased on sale are sold as-is and are final sale.

Regularly priced jewelry is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
Jewelry is delicate and should be handled with care.

All cash transactions over $10,000 will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as required by federal law.
